It typically takes 4 weeks for your documents to get scanned and placed on ERAS. This time may increase during the busiest time August-September. In order to have your documents available for the programs on September 1st, you should actually aim at 6 weeks to account for mailing and unforeseen delays.

It is a good idea to mail the documents with tracking. The extra bucks you spend on this are money worth spending. You may also try to call ERAS and verify they have your documents received and there are no problems scanning.
