Indeed some programs dedicate from 30 minutes to an hour of interview time for a written test. However, these are rather exceptions. The only ones reported testing interview applicants are some Internal Medicine programs in NY. So, unless your interview is there, you should not expect any quizzes. Yes, you will have a chance to discuss some medical topics (surprise), most likely relevant to your work and research experiences. But this definitely won't be another multiple choice test. Make sure you are on top of the subjects you worked on or researched. Especially make sure you are aware of recent developments. This will make you feel comfortable and confident.
